Works great but be careful when adding flour
because when you add flour to your recipe you have MASS. Even on the lowest speed, DO NOT add flour or the knives will fly out of the bowl. like that . . Mix the eggs and fats, then swap out the beater for the original one before adding the flour. . or you will ever regret it.
