Review on MageStack by Luis Tuazon

I like that they offer multiple plans, so you can choose what works best with your budget or needs! They also have great customer service which i appreciate because sometimes when dealing online it's hard to get in contact w/ someone quickly who knows exactly how things work. It would be nice if there was more information about their services available before purchasing - maybe some screenshots of websites hosted? That way we could see just by looking at them whether this host will fit our business model well enough (we're not very tech-savvy). We are using their managed VPS plan right now as an add'l server after another provider went out of buisness unexpectedly; however, since then one of my clients has been having issues connecting via FTP from her computer into magentos website files folder. She cannot connect unless she uses SFTP but does NOT want us doing anything special other than providing access through SSH keys instead of passwords every time.
