I bought these for my 1 year old who was having trouble walking in "real" shoes but needed something with a larger sole than a crib shoe. It was perfect! He had absolutely no problem walking in it! (I bought the 12-18 months size but it's also quite large for my age. I think I used the size chart and they fit me perfectly!) They stretch very easily for me to wear. quickly before he slips away. He can also take them off, but only does so when he's bored in the car. He's very rough with them, but despite the wear and tear, the actual structure of the shoe is holding up surprisingly well! (He is now almost two months old) We are outdoors a lot and still fall a lot as he learns to walk (and walk) so he crawls a bit too. Quite easy to clean with a damp cloth. I haven't tried washing in the washing machine yet. Overall great quality for the price! I'm planning to buy a second pair to keep for church and such and they will still be his 'play shoes'!
