Review on πŸ”« Official Rotating Attachment for NERF Commander by Daniel Shivashankar

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A rugged, modern take on the classic revolver-style blaster

The Commander uses several design eruptions from Nerf's previous offerings, from the old Maverick REV-6 to the newer Strongarm and Disruptor. It has a decent 6-shot drum capacity, is top-loading and offers solid, but not outstanding, performance. It's worth noting that this blaster's drum (similar to Disruptor) isn't thrown away, so you'll have to recharge it on the spot. This makes reloading a bit slower, but also reduces the number of moving parts that could potentially become damaged during rough play. Where the Commander differs from previous models is its larger size, which includes increased grip protection, a barrel extension, and a buttstock. Extension point and 3 tactical rails. This allows it to be fairly customized for lots of fun and potentially useful configurations, as long as the user has a range of accessories to use. This makes the Commander less useful as a personal weapon, but offers plenty of playability. Overall, for the price, this is a great pistol with a large profile and enough arrows for 2 reloads, making it a great budget choice that's easy to fit into existing collections with its amount of customization options.
