Super cute! Easy to use, despite the lack of a switch, timer. The waffle recipe I tested (using a 1/2 portion with 1 cup flour) consisted of three batches. Probably depends on the recipe, but I've found that 5 minutes is about right. One side will brown nicely and evenly. The other side is not so good. EDIT: I'm changing my rating to five stars because this pancake is amazing. I found the perfect recipe (Chris' Fluffy Pancakes on Allrecipes) that makes this machine really enjoyable to use - flipping the pancakes in half helps brown them if desired. The adults in my family love them too!
