available This is a regular bottle. I fill it up in the morning, I keep refilling my hydroflask (so it doesn't get cold) and I try to drink more than one (maybe 1.5) during the day. However, it never occurred to me that the number of ounces wouldn't be listed on the bottle - there are few recommended times of the day to keep you up to date. I wanted to keep track of my ounces because I add ice to my hydroflask and without the ounces listed on the bottle I still don't know my total ounces per day if I drink more than one bottle.
