I quite enjoyed the stress balls as did my 12 year old daughter. In fact, she took 2 of them from me and left me with one for my office. I find it comforting to have the stress ball to use throughout the day after my hands get tired from typing. I especially like using them when I am on those long and tedious conference calls. I did not find the smell offensive as others complained of nor did I have any issues with them leaking. I suppose if you gave it to a toddler it would be expected that they will make it leak though. I'm not sure too many toddlers have a need for a stress ball though. For adults and older children, it is a great way to relieve boredom and can be a useful fidget tool. I also think it is useful for those with arthritis to help the hands to be more flexible. I personally enjoyed my purchase.
