After taking the time to install it, I didn't want to bother with the disassembly and return process, so I didn't return. Once it's fully installed, the head keeps rotating back down and there's no way to adjust or tighten it, so I basically put a screw in the bottom to keep the monitor, which weighs about 8 pounds, from falling down indicates. Also 2 of the 3 plastic cord holders (which is one of the reasons I bought this particular product) keep popping out and I only have 2 cords going through them. Very disappointed with this purchase and don't understand how it got such high ratings. I installed it in a joist and if it wasn't such a hassle to remove it, repackage, patch the wall and ship it to UPS I would be returning this piece of junk.
