Aura Pro Bluetooth box will not connect to iPhone.

Does the bluetooth control box have an indicator light to show it is on or connected? I have no light and it doesn't show up in the app or bluetooth settings. I bought it as a replacement for the v2 control unit. I have 13.4 volts at the plug and nothing. Can someone help?
