I bought this for a business trip knowing I would have to lug around my laptop. Here's the good news - 1) it's wide 2) it has a top zip closure 3) it has multiple internal pockets. Bad: 1) Pockets are too small. My iPhone was too big for the outer pocket or side pockets. 2) The inside of the bag is black and has no dividers, so things fall on the floor and are difficult to find. 3) The handles are narrow - when the load is loaded the handles dig into my shoulders making it difficult to carry. I won't be using it for work anymore, but since I bought it and used it I'll keep it for something else. Just not thrilled with this purchase for the reasons stated.
