Review on Followbright by Aaron Shaw

Easy to use product with an excellent dashboard! I love how quick they are at responding when there is any issue or question in regards what we would like changed about their service as it's easy & fast turnaround time from initial inquiry through implementation!! The only thing i wish was different? Nothing really..

but maybe if this could be made even easier/quicker - perhaps add more options than just colors (like text color) because sometimes these changes can take hours upon HOURS. Great support staff who were very helpful answering questions quickly without hesitation- great professional people all around :) We've been extremely satisfied so far having worked together over 3 years now since launch day--we have had no issues thusfar which leads me back again saying "Great Support Staff!" They always answer emails within 1 hour unless otherwise stated by myself due too my busy schedule etc.
