Yes, I was told my warranty was void, but the cost was so much less than the original HP toner that I ignored the advice to stick with the original toner. It lasted two years, but it came back to bite me. I had a defective cartridge that leaked and ruined the fuser. They cost almost like a new car. So I changed the brand from HP to Brother because their branded toner is much cheaper. It's been a good 2 year run with this toner, I've never had any complaints about copy quality, not at all until I screwed up my car. My fault I was warned. EDIT: This company stands behind their products. Not only did they refund me for the returned toner, they also gave me a Revain gift card. While I still refuse to use generic toner as recommended by printer manufacturers, I still recommend doing business with this company as they stand by their promise.
