I love how easy it was to create my own templates from scratch - no need to buy them!It's very customizable so you can do almost anything you want with your pages (e.g., adding different types of media files or changing colors). The editor isn't as intuitive as Wordpress but can be used in conjunction with their website help articles if needed. You have limited options when writing custom tags without needing an account which limits customizing pages outside of what they provide out-of-the box. If customization needs are not addressed by default then this could turn off some users who may prefer having complete control over all elements/features available within a document template. It makes creating customized documentation much easier than using other products where everything has specific prebuilt themes. I like how easy it was to use as well as customize my own workflow. It's very customizable so you can do just about anything with this software including creating your own templates if needed. There are some things you need to get used too but nothing major. The customer support could be better in terms of knowing what they're doing when troubleshooting issues. This product has helped our organization improve efficiency by allowing us to create custom workflows using different template types.
