When I was looking at this bag it was hard to know what size it was so I thought I'd add a photo next to the deodorant stick to show the size lol, I say this is the average size over the shoulder. My main concern was that the M and the rhinestones would look cheap, but the M is nice and heavy and the rhinestones are very shiny and don't look cheap at all in person. Overall it was a good purchase, I don't know why others say the color isn't the same as the photo, it looks exactly like the photo, Ms are slightly blue and overall the bag appears to be black. The zipper isn't the best quality, but it's not the worst either, it's worth the $25 price tag, you don't need to babysit it, but it can stick a little if you handle it roughly. I also ordered the brown color and it didn't smell, but this one smells like plastic. He hasn't been in the bag for a day or so and he's leaving, so it's no big deal.
