This product is great. I found a little trick in using it. Remove the ink cartridges. Place a folded paper towel under the carriage and slide a hollow coffee stir tube over each ink nozzle. Then connect a small injector tube to the top of the stir bar and inject the solution into each stir bar. Use the injector according to the product instructions. Do not use too much force as the hose may slip off. Change the towel as needed. Then fill each nozzle and leave overnight. The next day, repeat the flushing process for each straw, moving the plunger in and out to flush the nozzles. Sometimes the ink is so dry that it cannot be washed off without soaking. I also had to skip 20-30 sheets of paper to get rid of all the liquid before it started printing. Print something that uses a lot of ink and speeds up the process. Be patient and give the printer time to print cleanly and crisply. Cleaning nozzles is not a quick process. Dry ink takes time to break down. I almost gave up on my printer until I came across this method. Buy a set of 2 bottles.
