The best thing about this tool is that it has all of your customer information available at one place which makes life easier for any business owner or manager who needs access across multiple platforms such as Salesforce etc., It also allows me easy tracking when looking up specific customers so I don't have too many tabs open while searching through my CRM database! There isn’t much dislike but there are some minor issues like having only certain fields viewable (such as email address) instead if being able see everything from within their profile page - however these can be resolved by simply creating custom views/reports where necessary.- Easy integration- Accessible via mobile app / web browser.
