Lasts me all day but depending on the person/activity you may need to reapply. Moisten it and apply it on and on the armpits for ten seconds. Do this twice for both armpits. Don't dry them. Make sure your armpits are clean, works best after a shower. I use about a month. Another user suggested storing it upside down to allow water to drain off the crystal. Otherwise it will fall apart after some time. Regular deodorant never worked for me. It would have stained my clothes and the smell would have leaked out of my armpits. I even told people around me that I was trying out a new deodorant and asked them to tell me if they could smell body odor when I was around. Nobody told me what they did. There are no stains either.
