The most helpful aspect of this software has been how it can be used in different departments to keep track of employee information. It allows managers or supervisors to easily see what their employees are working on at any given time. There were times when I was unable to log into my account which made me frustrated as well because some people's accounts had issues while others did not. In addition, there have been multiple instances where I would receive emails saying my password expired even though my account still worked just fine. However, overall it has helped us with keeping up with our schedule/workload so far.
