I have been working for transportation impact since 2011 as both warehouse manager and then operations supervisor, so it's safe to say that they are great people who care about their employees! In my years there we've seen many changes but one thing has remained constant - TIPs do what needs doing when needed.

They treat you like family because everyone knows how much each other means to them; this extends from drivers all the way up through management levels. The only time we didn't go above & beyond was during hurricane Sandy (2013). We were able to get our facility back open within two days thanks to amazing planning put into place after Hurricane Irene struck New Jersey just weeks prior.
