Review on StillAlive by Enrique Espinoza

The best thing about this software is that it never sleeps, even when you are not using its services! I have used other similar softwares in past but they would go offline for some time after which we had to restart them from scratch again - sometimes multiple times until everything was working as intended once more (and then suddenly stop). This has NEVER happened with stillalived!! It's like having an always-on IT department at my disposal 24/7 without any extra cost or hassle whatsoever. If there were only one word i could use here -- WOW. . . Nothing really bad so far; just wish their support team did provide better guidance during setup process instead offering me "do what feels right" approach :) We've been monitoring our applications since last year now through these tools & haven't faced anything major yet except occasional hiccups due too high load / traffic spikes etc., though nothing serious either.
