EDIT: February 2020 Updating my first review to 5 stars - I posted my first review on Saturday and received a response from the seller on Sunday asking me to verify my address in order to send me a new one Set of socks to send. I am very impressed with their customer service and their willingness to support their products. A new pair of socks arrived next week and so far all pairs look and feel very good. Maybe I just received an incorrect order. Many Thanks. I will definitely be a regular customer _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Good things first: the socks feel very nice, soft and comfortable (I have a sense of touch, so that's important). They also have a simple, tasteful beauty. Nice good looking socks that don't itch, stay in place and are really warm. BUT I've been wearing them for two weeks - each pair I wear exactly 2 times - and 2 of those pairs are already showing a looming hole in the toe box. (I dance so my toenails are always neatly trimmed, so it's definitely not the result of my toes attacking my toes.) This is very disappointing. Not sure if I somehow ended up with a broken kit, but paying $20 for 2 wears isn't worth it to me.
