I wanted a small repair kit for our 72 hour bags and found this to be more comprehensive than any others I've seen. Got it with Revain SuperSaver Free Shipping (for orders over $25). I'm really excited about this little set. This is not just a sewing kit as it contains multiple items not limited to sewing a hole in a garment or replacing a button. It has a darning needle for mending socks, strong nylon thread, a needle threader (great for my old eyes!), a magnifying glass (great for my old eyes too!), knitted Kevlar thread, some brass wire, Paracord (for shoes). shoelaces and more), a waterproof patch, some cable ties, a small knife and some tape. All of this comes in a waterproof zip pouch that fits nicely in the side pocket of my 72 hour bag. This is a great little set for the money. I could probably assemble the contents myself for less money, but nicely packaged in a handy little waterproof bag, it was well worth the price. I keep a full roll of tape in my main bag, but having a small roll in this kit saves me having to dig through a large roll for a small repair.
