However, if you get reels that are on a tube that is very similar in diameter to branded reels, it will work fine. Not an exact match, but Costco is selling marathon buns that are working well during the Covid crisis. 2 layers 12 rolls 450ft. Larger ones will not fit in the dispenser. But other than that, let me tell you that this device is everything I hoped it would be. It's SO QUIET better than I expected. It mounts directly into the drywall with 4 anchor bolts, NOT INCLUDED. Anyway, got up easily. The only downside to this is that it comes with a key to open the device as it was intended for commercial use. You can get a permanent key if you want to tame it, but the website makes it difficult to get one. Understandable as I'm sure they don't want to sell it to jerks at school but I haven't figured out how to get it for my house yet.
