Penn Scale Manufacturing customer service was excellent. I ordered a 5lb scale, when it arrived it needed to be calibrated. I called them for help and they called the manufacturer to help. When that didn't solve the calibration problem they said they would send a new one, 3 days later it was there. The way they took care of the issue made me feel like a valued customer.
