I have sensitive ears and can't wear earrings other than 14K gold or higher. Including the back. I bought these backs to replace a couple that had been lost and since wearing them I've had allergic reactions to the backs including crusting and bleeding. I can't find any prints on them to show they're gold. Their sound when they hit the counter is unlike any gold earrings I've had in the past and sounds like cheap metal. I am very dissatisfied with them as they appear to be fake and mis-advertised. Don't buy them if GOLD is your intention.
