I gave it 3 stars because it does what it says on the box and I can at least respect that. However - the design just doesn't work that well - it doesn't reach down far enough from the rail; hence it seems that it clings to anything and everything that is near it. The material is just cheap plastic which honestly would expect for $7 metal, seems like this item probably cost 20 cents to make if that's the case. It doesn't cling to straps at all, and while the prongs are long enough for most ties, they don't really work for ties that are a little extravagant or a little luxe. Its overall width is really too wide, if you already have a full or full closet it seems like it takes up space for 3 or 4 hangers and for the capacity you get it seems a bit disappointing. . If you have a sparse closet this article might be for you, but if you have enough ties you need a tie rack; then your closet like mine is probably not as scarce :D. DOWNLOADING my review after the seller posted it to give reasons why the product only got 3 stars after they asked to stop contacting me and they proceeded to email me. Unacceptable.
