After 6-7 years of using Neato, they decided to switch because he was already in poor health. In comparison to it, the S7 is much smarter (the previous model did not have an application, everything is done very well here, and I monitor it from my phone; you can connect control through Alice, but the phone is so beautiful that I don't use Alice:)), significantly quieter (significantly, with the exception of the "carpet" mode, which it turns on when it hits a low horizontal step), and significantly more beautiful. Since I've only been using it for a few weeks so far, I can't comment on how reliable it is just yet; however, I can say that I'm pleased with the purchase as much as a herd of elephants:)
