Review on OGX Coconut Milk Moisturizing Shampoo for Strong 🥥 & Healthy Hair, 25.4 fl oz - Paraben-Free, Sulfate-Free by Karla Matthews

I've been using this conditioner with the right shampoo for over a year and it's great. My hair looked and felt great. Then, around December 2020, I noticed that my scalp was becoming increasingly itchy. I thought it was just dry but then I noticed my hair was falling out more too. After doing a little research I found out why. This product contains DMDM Hydantoin which causes scalp problems and hair loss in some people and apparently I'm one of those *lucky*. For those who may not have heard of this ingredient, another hair care company is currently being sued over the same issues with the ingredient in their products. So I switched to another brand of shampoo and conditioner without that ingredient, and guess what? My scalp problems have stopped and now my hair is thicker. So if you are looking for a hair care brand with safe ingredients, I do not recommend this one. I used to trust them, but I won't do it again until they remove DMDM Hydantoin from their products.
