I’m 5’6 and 175lbs. I bought a size large and they fit great! I could’ve almost gotten a medium I think, but I’d rather them but a tad bit loose than tight. Not too short, not too long, waist band is so forgiving and I feel good in them! My hubby even complimented them. I bought the khaki color and I LOVE them! I’m going to order more colors. FYI if you’re not into the high waist look, these aren’t for you probably. If they aren’t worn at high waist, they bunch up and look weird in the front. I haven’t worked out in them so I can’t attest to how they wear in that aspect, but overall I would recommend to a friend!
