My son is 2 years 2 months old and weighs about 30-32 pounds. I ordered a toddler size and it fits like a glove. It looked long when I pulled it out, but it's ok. The material is thin but I mean it's a Halloween costume. there is room for a long sleeve shirt and jogging pants for my little one. The bag is cute and functional. the hat is also very good. When I pulled it out I rolled my eyes at how it was made, but it's actually perfect. the ears are foam quality and they stand up happily. and the elastic band in the hat hugs your head and won't fall off. I'm looking forward to Halloween and I know he'll have a lot of fun playing with him afterwards. I got what I paid for.
