Loved that it connected and worked. It's very clicky, which I personally like. The problem I'm having is that it goes to sleep and takes some time to wake up before it works again. Putting batteries in when I first got it seemed impossible. I couldn't get the back cover off. I finally had to rip it off by taking something thin and wiping it backwards from the side of the console. In addition to falling asleep all the time, he has another big problem. You cannot use this remote to completely close an app or hard reset your TV. To completely close an app on a regular Samsung remote, press and hold the back button until it closes. To reset the TV completely, press and hold the power button on the remote control until the screen turns off and the TV logo appears on the screen. None of these functions work, and I think that's because the remote signal is repeatedly transmitted instead of sending a continuous signal. It's just a theory as to why it doesn't work. What is certain is that it does not work in these situations. If they updated the firmware to fix these issues I would be absolutely happy and that would be a solid 5 stars.
