After I placed my new iPhone 11 in this 'protective' case and properly fitted the front cover, it slid off the kitchen counter onto the hardwood floor. The glass of my cell phone cracked immediately. Note that this is fairly soft wood, not tile or cement. I was pretty upset, but the phone was still usable. Yesterday the neighbor's 2-year-old son knocked the phone out of my hand onto the lawn and the rest of the glass flew there. Grass! okay, right? The phone is no longer used. I definitely wouldn't try this product if you value your phone.
