I was very happy about this article. Unpacked, read the instructions, reassembled and read the instructions again. I filled the tank, plugged it in and turned it on. The motor ran, the suction was good, but the liquid didn't squirt. I tried again, no change. I turned it off, reread the instructions, and tried all the troubleshooting tips. NO. I called Revain support. The girl on the phone was very helpful. At first she had the repair paid for, but since the nearest authorized repair shop is four hours away, this was not possible. Luckily I got my money back. EDIT: NO! No Refund Received! The lady on the phone lied to me.
