The tool's design, flexibility for customization as well as good support from client service team are its main benefits. I like that this system helps us with easy data collection in time consuming activities such as customer surveys or feedbacks etc., It has helped me by providing my clients' reports faster than usual via emails through attachments within minutes after they finish their survey responses/feedbacks which saves much more time without any problems encountered so far since we started using it about 2 years ago. Nothing bad at all but rather have some improvements made here maybe :). As mentioned above there were no issues experienced yet nor do i foresee them happening anytime soon though minor suggestions would be nice if possible (not sure whether those will actually make sense) - 1.) Some improvement can possibly include adding multiple options when creating an item template2.). More customizable features could also help.
