The filter was purchased in December 2022. After a couple of days of input, it began to smell like rotten meat. By checking the water after each stage of filtration, the source was identified. The water got a smell after the post-filter. The forums say that it's the bacteria that really like to live in such places. Apparently we are talking about poor-quality sterilization of the filler. In general, everything pointed to marriage. For those who are not in the know: in this system, water passes through the filters in the following sequence: 5 micron-carbon-1 micron-membrane-post-filter. I bought a replacement cartridge from a competitor. Approached like a native and the problem disappeared. The bad smell is completely gone. After that, there was an attempt to achieve something from the seller. There was also an attempt to write to the manufacturer - they answer, someone called periodically, asking for details. Half a year later, he reminded himself of himself, everything happened again. Calls, concerns and all. In general, no one replaced the filter for me. However, no one sent me a refusal of a guarantee. During the operation, no other problems were identified. Replaced 3 filters once. I have now ordered another set. Just in case, I will order a post-filter from another manufacturer.
