As a shopper who places a high priority on current fashion trends, I found the claim that FTSUCQ offers clothing that is both fashionable and comfortable while also meeting the demands of contemporary life to be very intriguing. Despite this, I found working with this business to be a thoroughly disappointing experience. To begin, the size chart that they provide is absolutely inaccurate. I took their advice and followed it, but the garments I received were either too small or too big for me. It is disheartening to spend money on clothing that does not fit correctly, particularly when the retailer claims to place a priority on the satisfaction of their clients' comfort. In addition to this, the standard of their clothing is below average. The materials that were used are of poor quality and have a scratchy texture, and the embroidery is sloppy. It is obvious that they take shortcuts in order to maintain their low prices; however, by doing so, they compromise the standard of the products they sell. In addition, the team that handles customer support inquiries is unhelpful and unresponsive. When I reached out to them for help with my order, it took them days to respond, and they did not offer any genuine solutions to the problems I was having. In general, my time spent at FTSUCQ was a waste of time and money. I was eager to try out a new online store, but I was disappointed to find that they made misleading claims about the clothing being comfortable and stylish, and as a result, I received garments that were poorly made and did not suit me properly. I do not intend to wear these garments ever again. Put aside some of your cash and go shopping somewhere else.
