I installed them on my 2019 Colorado. The first one took a few minutes to figure out how to install. Once I learned this trick, the rest went quickly. First, make sure the screw threads easily into the base plate. Screw the base plate onto the stud a few threads, but it turns freely. Insert into the hole in the truck bed and press firmly against the truck body with one hand. Use two fingers of the other hand to rotate the bolt 90 degrees, then pull the anchor away from the bed. If the base plate is rotated 90 degrees, it will stick to the bed. Continue turning the screw while maintaining tension on the anchor. When you can no longer turn the screw with your fingers, tighten it with a box wrench. I didn't install it in the center hole at the front of the bed as it overhangs the bed rail. If you put a weight on the bed and push it forward, it won't rest on the bed rails if one of those anchors is in that center hole.
