Review on 💦 Waterproof Avon Black Mascara - Quick Wash-Off Formula by Yadira Santiago

It's ok but I bought this mascara because it says 'flushable' mascara. My old mascara washes off easily with soap and water but nothing more and is very difficult to get rid of. After looking around I decided to give it a try. Well, it does come off a bit in the shower, but clumps and chunks still remain after that peeling. Even the makeup remover wipes I bought don't remove mascara. I don't have many lashes of my own, so I prefer not to rub or scrub as much to remove the old mascara before applying a new layer.
