Works perfectly!
Heat and Bond Lite is always my go to applique for my quilts. It's light enough not to significantly change the shape of the fabric and holds up well. I use it for raw edge appliques for wall hangings and other quilts that don't need much washing - usually sewn with a loop or satin stitch - there is some fraying in the wash, in this case I use a small amount of heat and glue in the center of the appliqué to hold it in place and use the appliqué by twisting the needle around the edges.
