They were bought for costume purposes but my daughters LOVE them and try to wear them everywhere! Jewels are slowly falling off my 4 year old daughter's pair as she runs and jumps and jumps. I didn't expect them to keep up with their game. My 9 year old daughter is kept in good condition with all her jewelry because she tries to keep it in good condition. These are decent shoes, maybe not the best sole but my girls love them.
