Review on ReSOLUTE by Jojo Howell

It helped me manage job seekers better which in turn gave us more data insights as well. The UI was not good even after we upgraded to be able to customise it according to our preference but I have seen other ATS having very nice ui like Workable or Spired etc so its nothing out of the box if you don't want such fancy stuff. We are solving issues pertaining to candidate flow management by automating tasks that used to take lot time before now. I appreciate that we are able to track all of our applicants from start to finish. The ability to see everything at once is great! There isn't anything that I dislike about this system. It's easy to use and has helped us improve our hiring process. We have been able to hire more qualified candidates in less time. This helps us keep costs down and saves us time.
