Review on Pro Series A-Frame Jack 1401000303 by George Scoles

Seems to be a solid A-frame jack. The main reason I got this one is that I needed more clearance as my original jack couldn't rotate enough. The jack plate had slipped when driving through a depression in the road. Usually when approaching a gas station or a country road. This latch comes to the tongue and solves my problem. It's also taller at the top and the handle reveals a toolbox I added that my original jack handle didn't have. I was looking for a side wrap version of this jack which I couldn't find, but because it's larger it solved that problem as well. Very happy with the purchase. It took 5 minutes to screw this on and attach my old backing board. The only thing that bothers me is that I've been reading reviews of this spin-up as you walk down the street. Not sure if this will be a problem. The crank moves pretty smoothly, so I believe it's possible. I'm going to use a bungee cord to prevent this, but it would be nice if it had some sort of lock for the crank.
