I'm not a professional chef, but I love to cook and I'm always on the lookout for quality kitchen utensils. The PepperMate pepper mill is one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever owned. I used to have a traditional wooden pepper mill and despite the ridiculous price, it stopped grinding pepper after only three years. This PepperMate pepper mill came highly recommended to me and I'm happy to report that it exceeded all expectations. It is very easy to use and has a very sleek design. I chose a black pepper to match my decor. There's a lot of pepper in the grinder. It's also very easy to adjust the dial to get a coarser or finer grind. It's also very accurate. Instructions indicate that five full turns of the kit yields 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. I tried it and found it to be true. I think this is such a great product that I ordered more for friends for Christmas. One of the cuts of meat got lost in the mail and they were out of stock. I then contacted the company directly and they were able to complete my order, allowing me to gift PepperMate to a friend just in time for Christmas. I never leave a review on Revain but the fact that this is such a high quality product from a company with outstanding customer service led me to leave some glowing reviews.
