Review on Premium Replacement Cabin Air Filter with Activated Charcoal Layer - Puroma CP374, CF10374, Toyota 87139-YZZ09 by Shahed Cleveland

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Garbage. Fan motor burned out.

Waste. It worked until the return line closed, 6 weeks, then it developed in the middle and hit the fan impeller and the fan motor burned out. Complete garbage. Would it have been avoided if the pleats went through the filter post and offered more support and resistance to airflow than front to back? It was installed in the same way as the old one, with the airflow direction printed towards the filter door. The pictures show how the filter is installed and printed and how it could have been installed to avoid the problem. *Note: I live in the desert, this filter was only used in dry climates.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Not bad
