Okay, I've seen this book and the couples version have been hyped like crazy on Instagram lately, so their marketing department is ALREADY up and running now. All in all, this is a great concept. You cross out an activity related to your family, there are a few lines to write notes and a place to stick a photo. Each action has a cost estimate, a time estimate, and even tells you when is the right time to complete it. Fun for the whole family! That's why I didn't give 5 stars. Some activities are better than others. Let's say there are 50. But still. But also, the version of this book that I saw came with a small camera - which is great! But mine wasn't there, it was just a book. At $50 each, it's overpriced for what it is. Yes, this is a thick page hardcover book, good quality, and comes in a storage box (my box was damaged, FYI). But it still stinks. How it smells! I let it sit for a day and it still smells awful. And how do I take a photo that fits in a book without a camera? I don't have an instax camera. And this photo is the right size. So I had to take a picture with my phone, resize it, and then print it out. just get stuck in a $50 book? No thank you. Overall this is a fun idea and would make a great gift for a family. But the price for what you get is expensive. So if you don't know they have an instax camera, or if you buy the version that comes with the camera, you might want to reconsider giving one.
