I originally gave this review 1 star. Every other page was sticking and black things were peeling off all over the page. It was a total pain. Someone from the company contacted me and asked if I would like to try again, they will replace the product for me free of charge. I agreed and received a reply thanking me for letting them do better. In the meantime, since we didn't have another drum or toner, we kept using the failed kit and just sorted out jams and toner everywhere. It just started working. The company owner believes that the toner cartridge was simply full and as soon as some of the toner came out, it started working as it should. Yes, the situation was a complete headache and we lost a lot of time and paper. But the customer service was excellent and the product was really starting to work. I would buy from this company.
