Something needs to be steamed out of the packaging to smooth out some wrinkles, I used a manual steamer. The seam is set vertically, but I wanted a horizontal one, which wasn't really a problem. I figured out which side to use, used some large clamps on the PVC pipe, hung it up and it was great. When I'm done I stick it onto the PVC pipe and put it away. Both my photo and the downloaded backgrounds work like a studio. This is a good product.
