Process changed for the worse

Have been using them for a while now (subscribe and save) and love them. However, the last batch appears to be either lemon or they have changed their process for the worse. The paper is not properly perforated and will not tear without much "help". It breaks everywhere but the lines, it's incredibly frustrating trying to rip off a rectangle and ending up with random paper in the shape of an inkblot - it might as well be cut with scissors, defeating the purpose of ripping a square. I didn't even see the perforation when I first opened the package. I thought I received the wrong product but I ended up finding faint perforation lines. I showed it to my wife and she agreed that the perforation is very difficult to see and useless to actually tear in a straight line. Something has definitely changed here. 2. Paper tears with light use. I use it for everything in the kitchen, but every time I use it for wet cleaning it starts shedding paper on the tiniest dry spots/bumps. You literally have to clean up the paper towel pieces with lots of paper towel where you just cleaned. Forget using it to apply a light coat of oil to cast iron skillets β€” unless you like the look of paper crumbs clinging to a freshly seasoned pan. I thought I ordered paper towels, not toilet paper. The most frustrating thing is that these are new issues, this has never happened before and you can expect products that maintain the same level of quality.
