Review on Gibson Pleasant 4 Piece China Bakeware by Marianne Green

I love this bakeware set. It's well made, with a beautiful design and smooth, clean glaze, with no dents or imperfections. The parts are oven and dishwasher safe. The pieces are not as fragile as they appear in the picture, but neither are they heavy and clunky like le creuset. I think they will last for many years with average use. The small oval piece holds something the size of a crème brûlée for two or a jar of black olives. Small rectangular shape, loaf pan, accommodates a large loaf of bread or a large meatloaf. I use a large oval bowl as a deep saucepan or salad bowl. A large rectangular pan is suitable for a cobbler or baked pasta dish like lasagna. They were packaged very securely and would make a great starter kit or gift. I highly recommend them.
