It's nice when you read the product details

I was afraid to use these stickers after reading so many negative reviews. However, I decided not to let other negative views stand in the way of my joy. Always read the product description. This tells you they aren't sticky, that they need to be cut out of a kit and soaked in water, like the tattoos we made from gumball machines as kids. I suggest using an old clean lid to keep the water inside, take some orange wooden sticks or a metal stick with silicone on the flat side and a pointed tip (see photo) and apply nail glue with a brush. Use an extra lid because when you open the gem it gets small and that helps it not fall on the floor. Using tweezers, place them back in the container and leave them in the plastic bag. Place the pattern you cut out in the lid and let it soak in the water. Lift with tweezers, you should see the paper coming out of the box. You can use the pointed end of an orange chopstick to keep it on. Remove carefully with tweezers. Place an orange stick on your nail to smooth out the decal if it curls. I coated the butterfly with nail glue and then placed the gemstone with tweezers. Apply another coat of nail glue to the gem. After drying, I cover the entire nail with a top coat of clear varnish. The hardest part for me was cutting out the intricate decals. I can buy embroidery scissors that may work better than the ones in the box. It was still enjoyable, fun and will save me money when I'm better! 😁💰
